Summary of work performed:
This project involves the design of repairs to the structure and seawall at Bat House Park in Matlacha. Helical pile anchors were designed to support the existing foundation and prevent further damage after erosion from Hurricane Ian exposed the existing building’s foundation. HighSpans also detailed the repairs required to return the seawall anchors to original design specifications. Various site repairs were detailed to return the entire park to its previous condition, such as grading and sidewalks.
